02 · Quotation Estimation

Estimate once — for external or internal work.

The estimation engine prices every line from your own item master, price lists and FX — parametrically, per structure type. It handles external, customer-facing bids and internal-only projects alike, with variations, markup and a full pricing & contract-value roll-up.

Estimation Details
Two project types

One engine, external or internal.

External estimates price a sale against a lead or customer; internal estimates force sale-equals-cost for in-house work. Both flow through the same costing, revisions and approvals.

📄

External estimates

Priced against a lead or customer, with markup, discount, VAT and a live contract value — ready to become a quotation.

🏢

Internal estimates

For in-house work: the engine forces sale to equal cost, so there is no margin leak on internal projects.

Parametric costing

A cost sheet behind every line.

Each line carries a parametric cost sheet: enter the structure inputs (areas, floors, factors), and the formula engine computes quantities, applies the location factor, and rolls up material, labour, equipment and sub-contract.

📏

Input parameters

Areas, floors, wastage and cost factors drive the formulas — change an input, recompute, done.

🌎

Location factor

A single location factor adjusts every unit cost, and the whole estimate reprices on it.

📈

Markup & contract value

Per-line or per-estimate markup, discount and VAT roll up to a live contract value and job profit.
